By signing up with Opinion Form you get access to a wide range of research opportunities that reward you each time you participate. From your dashboard you can pick a task that you want to complete.
Each time you complete a task, you get rewarded with points that can be redeemed later for awesome gift cards. It's that easy!
Each point is equivalent to $0.01. This means that if a task rewards 250 points, the cash value is $2.50.
Unfortunately, no!
Your account is only yours and must not be shared with anyone else. If you have a friend or family member who would like to participate in the research studies, they'll need to create their own account.
If you need to reset your password, you can do so by clicking on "Forgot Password".

It's perfectly normal not to qualify for a survey. This means that you do not fit the specific qualifications for the research study. Surveys are always being added, so we recommend that you try a different one.

To be a member of Opinion Form you must be 18 years of age or older, or 13 or older with parental permission and a resident of the United Kingdom.
Also, if you love Opinion Form and want to tell your friends and family about it, we will reward you by giving you 200 points when they sign up and cash out.
An account gets suspended when we detect unusual activity in the account. This includes fraudulent activity and terms of service violations.
In order to close your account simply send an email to support [at ] opinionform.com and we will process your request within 72 hours. Please bear in mind that this action is not reversible, and all points and rewards will be lost.

Once you reach 500 points in your account, the grey redeem button at the top of your dashboard (in the mobile app, it is in the "balance" section) will turn green. From here, you'll be taken to our rewards page, where you can submit your request for your reward.
You get your points as soon as you complete a survey/task. The points will become payable once their status is confirmed.
Pending means that we recognise you have done the task, and we need our partners to confirm that the task has been done correctly. Once that happens, it will be confirmed.
A task can take up to 45 days to change from pending to confirmed.
Unfortunately, this happens when a task has not been completed correctly.
If you have a task that has been rejected and you feel that you have completed it in full, as per the terms and conditions, then we will need to see proof of completion for us to investigate this.
You have to keep your confirmation emails, screenshots, or other proof of successful completion in order for your complaint to be researched.
Some tasks might have a small lightning icon. This means that the points rewarded by completing the task will get confirmed in 7 or fewer days.
We offer PayPal payments and Amazon gift cards.
You need at least 500 points to redeem for a reward. Rewards start at 500 points for gift cards and 1000 points for PayPal payments. Please consider that a fixed $0.50 PayPal fee is applied. This means that the higher the payment, the better the value for you.
Rewards are processed within 3 days after your request. Please be aware that there may be delays on federal holidays.
